我部2007-08-01收到俄罗斯全俄科学技术研究所（VINITI）亚非经理Elena Raevskaya 博士给我部发来电子信箱称：经过专家评估，有7种中国期刊适合VINITI数据库要求，决定正式收录；有几种期刊的封面上没有英文译名。原文如下。

These 7 journals have been found informative and useful in our work and have been included in VINITI database for regular abstraction:

Would you be so kind to pass this information to the Editorial Boards of the above mentioned journals and, please, let me know if you could pass this information or not.

Two journals -No. 1,2,4,5 and 7 from the abovementioned list do not have English transliteration of their title on the front cover - Please could you strongly advise them to add it or to put the label with it !
